FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has lining layer adjacent to patient body and external coating layer being non-woven material layers with bound fibers. The layers are extended in the one direction and narrowed in another direction. Extensible parts have flexible layer between the external coating layer and lining layer. The flexible layer has flexible film or material strains. Absorbing core layer is placed between the lining layer adjacent to the body and the external coating layer. Method comprises basic structure formation stage by attaching flexible lining layer from the body surface side to the extensible external coating layer and creating in this way at least one extensible area. The extensible area is built by introducing flexible layer between the lining layer adjacent to patient body and external coating layer. It is allowed to create a set of extensible areas using several flexible layer members. It is allowed to create external coating layer as inextensible layer having folds and attached to the flexible layer and lining layer from the body surface side. Extensible layers are produceable with the external coating layer and lining layer from the body surface side without any flexible layer being used.
