FIELD: chemical technology of adsorption cleaning of gases. SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes successive delivery of gases to sections of vertical reactor, gravitational loading of adsorbent in its sections; upper sections are loaded with adsorbent through pipe union by means of pneumatic transport; proposed method includes also mechanical unloading of used adsorbent from lower sections into thermoplastic bag clamped on outlet pipe by two flexible cords and rotation of adsorber in coaxial sections through ports of rotor gate as its activity in lower sections reduces; autonomous ventilation system provided with stepped filtration is connected to reactor casing. After unloading used adsorbent, thermoplastic bag is welded by penetration and is removed, after which new bag is placed on outlet pipe and is clamped with flexible cords; upon completion of maximum loading of adsorbent, ejection pneumatic transport is shifted to opposite pipe union of reactor and upper section of reactor is filled; after unloading used adsorbent from lower section of reactor, flexible cords are removed in 30-60 s and bag neck is welded. EFFECT: enhanced functional reliability. 7 dwg
