FIELD: devices and methods for gas cleaning with neutralization of harmful components by their concentration on porous surface of adsorbents, mainly, in the form of granulated activated carbon. SUBSTANCE: device has reactor, inlet and outlet pipes of central cavity separated by transverse partition with windows. Reactor is secured inside coaxial casing through gap with at least two sections filled with bulk adsorbent. Novelty consists in that partition windows are made in rotary gates located in vertical reactor and connected with its sections by means of conical slides inclined at an angle of repose for bulk adsorbent. Reactor upper section is closed with cover and provided with pipe union for communication with adsorbent pneumatic transport. Mounted at reactor outlet is unloading screw conveyer above pipeline gate. Clamp of adsorbent discharge pipeline is made in the form of rubber bundles arranged on neck of vessel made of flexible material. Novelty of the method consists in that adsorbent in reactor lower sections is changed by gravity, by moving it from upper sections through windows of rotary gates which are installed in vertical position with connection of outlet isolated from main line of supply of gas to be cleaned device of gas neutralization to independent system of blowing with air with step filtration. EFFECT: higher efficiency of automatic localized sorption cleaning the gases with improved quality of cleaning with rational utilization of reduced amount of adsorbent and reduced time for its replacement. 4 cl, 2 dwg dow
