FIELD: fine powder production. SUBSTANCE: mill has vertical cylindrical casing with charging branch pipe, bottom with three rotors mounted for rotation in single direction, sieve located in upper part of casing to define through cavity with cover of discharge branch pipe. Charging branch pipe is positioned tangentially of casing and is equipped with independent devices for regulated feeding of ground product and atmospheric air. Gate is positioned at side opposite to discharge branch pipe. EFFECT: simplified construction, increased efficiency in production of fine powders and reduced power consumption. 2 cl, 2 dwg
