SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for grinding feed grains, followed by separation of products of grinding and can be used in agriculture, particularly on livestock farms and feed shops. The device for grinding and separation of feed grain includes the grinding chamber a loading hopper and the vertical cylindrical body, where the rotor is placed, the grinding chamber with a sieve, separating it into upper and lower sections, the latter of which has a sloping bottom, and the separation device positioned between the grinding chamber and the separation camera with a gap in relation to the walls of the chambers of 15-30 mm and made in the form of two successively installed at a height screens, the upper of which is placed horizontally, and the lower is placed obliquely, with the angle of slope 10-15°, and parallel to the sloping bottom of the lower section of the separation chamber. The device is equipped with a vacuum system, communicating the upper section of the separation chamber through the unloading window with the upper part of the grinding chamber and consisting of a collection of overtail with a flap turning around its axis at 90°, drop tubes and blade disk with replaceable blades and slots mounted on the rotor directly under the lid of the grinding chamber. Socket of the drop tubes is mounted into the lid of the grinding chamber in the intake area, which is limited to 0.5 R from the axis of the grinding chamber rotor, and the rotor discs have holes corresponding to holes of the blade disc and located coaxially beneath them in the vertical plane.

EFFECT: invention enables to reduce the size of the device, reduce metal consumption, energy consumption, to ensure consistent grinding and serviceability.
