CRUSHER FOR FODDER GRAIN Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, fodder grain crushing equipment.

SUBSTANCE: crusher has horizontal cylindrical casing incorporating rotor with grinding hammers and perforated screen, cyclone-type separating device communicated with chamber for accumulating of ground products through two channels, which are connected with one another, and return pipeline communicated with charging hopper of crusher. One channel is made C-shaped and other channel is made straight. Both channels are communicated at their lower parts with ground product accumulating chamber in lower and upper parts of vertical shaft of crusher casing. Separating device is equipped at its outlet end with device for separating of large-sized particles and ground products. Said device comprises fabric filter and rotary valve.

EFFECT: increased crushing extent and separation of material, simplified construction and maintenance and operation of crusher.
