FIELD: material handling facilities. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to containers made of sheets or film and method of its manufacture. Proposed container is essentially a packet which has front, rear and lower sheets. Lower sheet is folded along middle line, with flaps of sheet passing downwards from line of folding, with each of two lower edges of flaps being welded to lower edge of front or rear sheet. Side edges of front and rear sheets are weld3ed to each other, both side edges of lower folded sheet being arranged between two lower parts of welded edges. To form container, central part of lower sheet is spread to form rectangle, thus forming a bottom. Central parts of lower edges of lower sheet form front and rear edges of bottom, and peripheral parts of lower sheet form two overlapping triangular parts whose lower edges limit two side edges of rectangular bottom, thus forming front and rear wall sections of container passing from said front and rear edges, and side walls passing from said side edges. Welded edges of two sheets are approximately of middle line of side, walls. Said structure is fixed by welding two overlapping peripheral triangular parts to each other.
