FIELD: pipeline transportation of materials. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device for vertical and inclined pneumatic transportation of loose materials with higher concentration in gas mixture. Proposed device has inclined or vertical transportation pipeline with fitted-in equally spaced cross inserts to let pass aeromixture, with passage section of hole smaller than passage section of transportation pipeline. Cross inserts are made in form of perforated plates or grids with size of holes larger than triple size of material particles. Inserts are made twin, with possibility of cross displacement relative to each other to adjust summary passage section. Cross inserts in form of perforated plates or grids increase concentration of material in gas mixture to density of two-phase flow slightly less than bulk density of transported material. EFFECT: reduced consumption of compressed gas and consumption of electric energy. 2 dwg
