FIELD: pipeline transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pipeline transport, namely to devices for vertical and inclined pneumatic transport of bulk materials with high concentration in gas mixture. Device for lifting bulk materials with high concentration in a gas mixture comprises a mixing chamber, a vertical transport pipeline, compressed gas supply branch pipe, gas-distributing transport porous partition and inclined loading feeder. Loading feeder is equipped with a curvilinear springboard and a balanced gate. Compressed gas from the branch pipe is supplied under the gas-distributing porous partition and to the upper part of the curvilinear springboard.
EFFECT: reduction of energy consumption for aeration, transportation, as well as prevention of gas emissions through the loading feeder.
