FIELD: pipeline transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pneumatic lifting devices with pipelines tilted from vertical. Said devices are used for lifting loose materials with higher concentration in gas mixture. Proposed device has mixing chamber, compressed gas supply branch pipe, porous gas distributing partition and pipeline furnished with distributed cross inserts in from of screens. Pipeline is provided with sections tilted relative to vertical. Insert screens are tilted to horizontal at angle from 4 to 8 degrees to provide slipping of fluidized loose material into central part of pipeline and prevent movement of material along lower wall of pipeline with possibility of adjusting the tilting within plus-minus 2 degrees. Invention is aimed at decreasing consumption of power for transportation and dust-and-gas cleaning at higher concentrations of material and reduced velocities of material-gas mixture in pipelines tilted from vertical.
EFFECT: improved reliability of device.
