nitrate ions, 0.76-5.85; phosphate ions in terms of P₂O₅, 4.68-25.4; oxyethylated monoalkylphenols based on propylene trimers: neonol AF-9, 0.014-0.07; neonol AF 9-6, 0.014-0.07; ethanol, 0.012-0.06; modifying additives: Ni²⁺, 0.06-0.7; F^-, 0.04-0.3; water, the balance. Claimed solution is applied in various industries such as mechanical engineering, power engineering and other industries prior to application of paint and varnish coatings.
