FIELD: operation of oil wells, particularly, devices for tapping of formations and well treatment. SUBSTANCE: device has jet perforator, implosion chamber and cylindrical channel for their communication. Channel is closed by destructible membrane. Sizes of cylindrical channel ensure damping of shock wave and exclude destruction of membrane by said wave and blast pressure of gases. Membrane is spaced from perforator and selected on conditions of its destruction by pressure of well fluid column at depth of perforation when blast gases succeed flowing from perforator to wellbore. EFFECT: high velocity of implosion chamber filling, increased depression, improved cleaning of formation pores and higher well production rate. 1 dwg
