FIELD: oil and gas production, particularly to complete oil and gas production wells.
SUBSTANCE: method involves performing previous well developing data analysis; diagnosing well and carrying out repair works therein. Flow string is lowered in well so that flow string reaches artificial well bottom. Well is filed with oil product or gas condensate having specific weight of 0.7-0.9 g/cm3. Then pressure drawdown of not less than 20 kg/cm3 is created. Well is perforated with tools for depth equal to 2-5% of lower non-excavated reservoir interval thicknesses at pressure drawdown in flaring well and gas inflow from reservoir is stimulated. Well is developed with gas stream, which removes liquid threw up with blast wave generated by perforators of the first perforator assembly at activation thereof within reservoir interval covered with liquid. After well development well operation is stopped for up to 2 hours in said regime and pressure and liquid level are measured in well along with following well bringing into operation. Further perforation of overlying reservoir intervals is carried out in gaseous medium as reservoir pressure becomes equal to gas pressure inside well without well flaring in the case of liquid absence and with well flaring if liquid is present.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of production reservoir development in gas, gas-condensate and oil wells, decreased time of well cleaning, improved well deliverability and reduced time of well bringing into operation.
