FIELD: operation of oil wells, particularly, devices for tapping and treatment of wells to increase their productivity. SUBSTANCE: device has jet perforator and connected implosive chamber in form of cylinder with piston. Piston is locked in initial position with help of sheared pins. Piston is movable along axis of implosive chamber from initial position to stop with instantaneous stop of fluid flow on it. Ratio between volume of implosive chamber upper part above stop and volume of lower part of implosive chamber under stop amounts up to 1.0 to 100.0. Sheared pins are broken by pressure close to hydrostatic and have strength that pressure of explosion of charges of jet perforator is not enough for their breakage.
