FIELD: rocketry; aviation, chemical and other industries. SUBSTANCE: proposed unit has body with pusher located inside it; pusher is set in motion by flywheel through helical pair. Flywheel consists of rim having locating slot and hub with rectangular slot where spring-loaded ball is located. Walls of locating slot are made in form of asymmetric scalene trapezia. Angle formed by lesser base of trapezium and horizontal axis of base exceeds angle formed by larger base of trapezium and horizontal axis. Common edge of trapezia is their shorter side. Locating slot of complex spatial shape ensures different clicking forces of flywheel when ball is located in discrete points along length of slot, thus providing for required calibrated torques of flywheel and forces of motion of pusher both towards opening and towards closing of valve. Flywheel is easy in use at two-sided calibrated application of torque to device for connection of service lines to spacecraft. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 7 dwg
