SUBSTANCE: the device has a body accommodating a pusher with a screw mechanism and a drive, as well as a bearing bushing installed in the body and coupled to the drive, as well as to the pusher through a slider, made in the slider is a through hole with spring-loaded ball locks installed in it and engageable with the annular groves made on the inner surface of the bearing bushing and having angular guides directed towards one another. The distance between the grooves corresponds to the pusher stroke. EFFECT: enhanced fire safety and explosion proofness associated with recharging of the multifunctional systems of the space vehicle, prevented pollution of space vehicle living modules by fuel components, reduced time for preparation to recharging of the space vehicle. 3 dwg
