FIELD: air-conditioning and plenum-exhaust ventilation systems, applicable as a horizontal ganged-up monoblock duct-type air conditioner and a plenum-exhaust unit. SUBSTANCE: the device has a three-sectional body consisting of peripheral sections and a central section positioned between them, having a vapor compression refrigerating machine comprising a sealed compressor, condenser, evaporator and a throttling device interconnected through a pipe-line and making up a closed refrigeration circuit, control unit, the control unit, compressor and condenser are installed in the same peripheral section, and the evaporator-in another peripheral section, installation is so accomplished that the condenser and evaporator are positioned in the respective peripheral sections across the air flows in them, and two fans; connected to the central section is a duct with a stop valve installed in it and with inlet and outlet air ports; made in the body wall are two discharge ports for air discharge from the sections, and suction ports for air delivery to the sections, two ports are opposite-arranged in the central section, and each fan with its discharge side is connected to one of the discharge ports; three stop valves are installed to control the air flows, two suction ports in them are positioned in the central section, the duct ends representing the duct inlet and outlet parts are interconnected making up a closed circuit, for example, a rectangular one, located in the horizontal plane around the edges of the central section, and two suction ports are made around the edges of the closed circuit, the ports are connected in pairs to the two opposite-arranged ports located in the central section, and two ports each open to one of the peripheral sections, where one of the fans is installed; one of the discharge ports is made in the body wall of each peripheral section, and the condenser and evaporator are positioned each in the respective peripheral section between the fan and the port of the closed circuit; the stop valves are installed in the closed circuit; each valve is installed between the pair of the circuit ports.
