AIR CONDITIONING APPARATUS Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

Abstract RU 2243452 C1

FIELD: air conditioning systems, combined exhaust and input ventilation systems, possibly used as horizontal aggregated single-unit conditioning and exhaust-input ventilation device.

SUBSTANCE: air conditioning apparatus includes vapor compression refrigerating machine and fluid-tight compressor. Refrigerating machine includes condenser and evaporator mounted with possibility of arranging crosswise relative to air flows in section of housing. Fluid-tight compressor is mounted with possibility of arranging in section of housing. Apparatus also includes two blowers mutually connected for forming closed refrigerating circuit (each blower is mounted with possibility of connecting with respective pumping window of housing section); control unit and closed air-passing circuit with closed axis of duct placed in the same plane and with two pairs of windows arranged along perimeter of air-passing circuit. One pair of windows includes inlet windows that may be connected with respective (arranged one opposite to other) suction windows of housing section. Other pair of windows includes outlet windows, each may be connected with section of housing. Two pairs of shut-off valves are arranged in air passing circuit in such a way that each valve is placed between inlet and outlet windows. Air-passing circuit is in the form of single-section housing. Its inlet windows are arranged one opposite to other and they are in the form of suction windows of section. Outlet windows are in the form of pumping windows of section. Suction and pumping windows are arranged along perimeter of single-section housing. Two pairs of shut-off valves are placed in section in such a way that each valve is arranged between suction window and pumping window. Condenser and compressor are arranged in section between valves of one pair of shut-off valves. Evaporator is arranged between valves of other pair of shut-off valves and it overlaps one pumping window crosswise relative to air flow direction in said window. Condenser is arranged in such a way that it overlaps other pumping window crosswise relative to air flow direction in said window. Each blower is arranged outside of single-section housing; its suction side is communicated with respective pumping window of section.

EFFECT: improved design, enhanced technological effectiveness, reduced material consumption and size, simplified assembling process, operational reliability, low aerodynamic resistance of air conditioning apparatus.
