FIELD: air-conditioning systems for various buildings. SUBSTANCE: system includes primary air chamber of ejection units located under windows of rooms being air- conditioned, heat exchanger mounted in primary air chamber, exhaust units mounted under ceiling and connected with exhaust air duct connected to central exhaust unit and automation units. Primary air chambers of ejection units are connected with local supply ventilation units which are provided with air intake branch pipes for admitting outside air through holes found in wall and inside air through adjustable orifice; heat exchangers mounted over section of local supply units are connected with pumps by means of pipe lines with central exhaust unit or with condenser and evaporator of refrigerating machine. EFFECT: reduced heat and power requirements at year-round operation. 3 cl, 1 dwg
