FIELD: solar power; extraction of salt from sea water or underground water; treatment of sewage by means of solar power. SUBSTANCE: proposed solar plant is mounted at angle relative to level in such way that its rear wall is located above level of front wall and is provided with evaporator made in form of taper translucent roof located in its upper portion, water tank connected with water basin, distillate receivers connected with distillate discharge pipe and located on either side of evaporator cover which is made in form of double-wall roof having reservoir for water fed from tank and conveyer belt located under it. Plant is additionally provided with heaters located on either side of evaporator roof and made in form of multi-passage high-temperature solar collectors with heat exchangers for high-temperature liquid heat exchangers located under them; collectors located on one side of roof are intended for preheating water fed for distillation and are communicated on one side with cavity of evaporator cover and with conveyer belt of evaporator on other side by means of preheated water or steam-and-water mixture tubular sprayers; final evaporation of water and forming of salt as lumps or plates take place on conveyer belt. Conveyer belt is mounted in upper portion on revolving drum and is supported by bearing roller from below for motion of belt under weight of salt; it is communicated with salt receiver; collectors located on other side of evaporator roof are used for heating high-temperature liquid circulating in upper and lower heat exchangers located under their collectors and additionally by conveyer belt of evaporator; collectors and high- temperature liquid heat exchangers located between two sides of evaporator are heat-insulated from below and are isolated from each other.
