FIELD: heat-exchanging equipment, in particular, petrochemical refining. SUBSTANCE: the heat exchanger has a body and a bank of thermosiphon tubes with zones of evaporation and condensation fastened in its separating partition. According to the invention, transversal segment partitions are installed inside the body over the entire length of the termosiphon tubes, they make up alternately diametrically opposite passages for flow of hot and cold heat-transfer agents, the relation between the length of the thermosiphon tube and its diameter is within 8-900. Besides, the thermosiphon tubes are attached to the central partition by means of detachable joints.
