FIELD: heat power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to heat engineering and can be used for heat exchange processes, in particular, for utilization of low-potential thermal energy. Technical result is achieved in a double-chamber multi-thermal tube heat exchanger, which comprises a housing, inside which cooling and heating chambers are located, equipped with inlet and outlet nozzles of hot and cold heat carriers, respectively, separated from each other by a partition, through holes in which heat pipes are passed, arranged in a staggered order, each of which is equipped with lifting wicks passing through their centres, in contact with their ends, without touching the surface of the inner side walls, connected at the ends with a grid made of strips of capillary material forming cells, which covers the inner side and end surfaces of the heat pipes, each of which is divided from the outside by a partition, and from the inside by a separating ring into an evaporation zone located in the cooling chamber and a condensation zone located in the heating chamber, wherein the external housings of the heat pipes are made oval, the tops of the cones of which are directed parallel to the movement of the heat carriers, and covers of their ends are made at angle of 45° relative to the heat exchanger axis, the top of which is directed towards the heat carrier movement.
EFFECT: result of the proposed double-chamber multi-heat pipe heat exchanger is an increase in efficiency.
