GEAR FOR PIECEMEAL SEPARATION OF NEWSPAPER AND SIMILAR GOODS FROM PILE Russian patent published in 2002 - IPC

FIELD: automatic and semi-automatic sale of newspapers and similar goods. SUBSTANCE: technical result secured by invention consists in possibility of turn of multisheet newspaper. Gear for piecemeal separation and sale of newspaper and similar goods from pile has lifting mechanism to move piled goods, thrust washer installed under pile against which upper sheet of pile rests and newspaper delivering mechanism. It is located above field of upper sheet free of washer and is used to impart upper article in pile with rotary motion in plane of sheet around axis of thrust washer under action of drive up to moment of emergence of part of article from outlet slot. This approach makes it possible to separate upper sheet article from pile and to deliver it through outlet slot. Thrust washer is made of material displaying low paper friction coefficient and can freely rotate around axis perpendicular to upper plane of pile. EFFECT: reliable separation of newspapers and similar goods from pile. 2 dwg
