FIELD: automatic and semiautomatic newspaper sellers. SUBSTANCE: proposed device contains lifting mechanism for displacing piled sheet articles, thrust plate against which upper sheet article of pile thrusts and issuing mechanism with grip. Grips is arranged over field of pipe free from thrust plate and it conveys rotary motion, relative to pile, to upper sheet article in plane of upper side of pile around thrust plate under action of drive till part of sheet article appears in outlet slot for issuing. Grip does not prevent extraction of article from outlet slot. Device is furnished additionally with inclined plate with low friction coefficient on paper, and it can support and direct part of sheet article, moving out of the limits of pile at issuing to outlet slot. One end of said plate is secured in direction of outlet slot, and other end, lower than level of thrust plate. Device is furnished also with posts arranged close tom opposite sides of lifting mechanism, symmetrically relative to its two other sides. Outer surface of posts is designed for preventing side displacements and for directing lifting mechanism with pile of sheet articles to thrust plate under action of extension springs. Said springs are arranged in plane of posts being connected to catches adjustable in height which can change tension of springs for preliminary optimum pressing of upper sheet article in pile to thrust plate. Characteristics of springs are coordinated with weight and height of pile of sheet articles, and they provide optimum pressure of pile to thrust plate each time when sheet article is issued, from first to last article in pile. Device contains also lifting mechanism table located between posts and connected with one of posts movably, with one degree of freedom, along post and secured at base of movable crossmember located between posts. Crossmember is connected with other post movably, without degree of freedom to side from post plane and is connected with lower ends of extension springs. Device is furnished with support table top secured on lifting m3echanism table under thrust washer and issuing mechanism grip designed for arranging piled sheet articles, with pile sides with sheet bends square to plane of outlet slot out of the limits of side support table top pointed to inclined plate. Moreover, device is provided with movable table top designed for support part of pile getting out of the limits of support table top. Movable table top has edge bent downwards from line connecting place designed for putting pile corner and arranged close to outlet slot, but not lower than inclined plate. Movable table top is hinge-coupled with support table top and is spring-loaded upwards. Under action of gravity force of part of pile with bent sheets resting on said table top, it can deflect downwards from plane of support table top. Deflection is provided to position in which line of bend of upper sheet article from first to last article in pile acquires optimum direction before getting out through outlet slot with slopping from outlet slot to level higher than end of inclined plate farthest from outlet slot. Movable table top is provided with initial spring loading adjuster to adjust actual direction of line of bend of first upper sheet article in pile to optimum direction. Invention makes it possible to increase number of sheet articles in pile, provide optimum issuing force when issuing upper sheet owing to possibility of adaptation of table to size of pile and preventing lifting of bend in pile.
