FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: tillage tool has tine with working edge and rear wall. Flat hoe with front cutting edge is attached to rear wall of tine. Tine working edge has variable sharpening angle through height thereof. Part of tine adapted for tillage of surface layer has minimal sharpening angle. Variation of sharpening angle of working edge through height thereof is described by second-order equation: h2c

= 2 ρi, where h_c is height of tine; i is sharpening angle; ρ is focal parameter of parabola. Cutting edge on flat hoe wings is formed by sharpening of front face at variable angle, which is reducing from tine toward free end of each wing. Variation of sharpening angle of hoe wing edge is described by equation i₁= (Ab_h+C)/B, where i₁ is sharpening angle; b_h is length of hoe wing from tine to free end; A,B,C are coefficients of proportionality on the basis of test data. Hoe is joined to tine rear wall through slot and fixed in it by means of wedge. EFFECT: increased efficiency, improved quality of soil tillage and increased erosion control. 4 dwg
