FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: working tool has tine with cutting edge and rear wall. Flat hoe with front cutting edge is attached to rear wall. Cutting edge on wings of flat hoe is formed by double sharpening of front part. Cutting edge on hoe upper face has constant sharpening angle along the whole length of each wing. Additional cutting edge is formed by sharpening of cutting edge having variable angle of sharpening, which is reducing from tip to wing free end. Wings have additional blades with cutting edges defining aperture angle exceeding that of cutting edges on front part of flat hoe. Free ends of hoe are inclined upward at an angle to its flat part. Ends of additional blades are directed downward. Working tool of such construction is used for tillage of soil top layer and removal of weedage by cutting-off root system thereof and allows mulching layer to be formed in top soil layer. Also, carrying out of erodible soil particles together with wet soil layer is excluded. EFFECT: simplified construction and improved weed and erosion control. 4 dwg
