FIELD: medicine, gastroenterology. SUBSTANCE: in patients with arterial hypertonia (AH) one should detect intravascular, perivascular, vascular microcirculatory indices. After summarizing, a total microcirculatory index (TMI) is calculated and at its values ranged 1-5 points at AH of degree I one should predict a relatively favorable flow of ulcerous-erosive lesions, and at 6-11 points at AH of degree II-III - a questionable prediction is made, at 12 points and higher at AH of degree II-III - unfavorable prediction is stated on. The method in question is simple and takes into account the severity degree of pathology. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 tbl
