SUBSTANCE: plate of 0.35 mm thick is made of titanium alloy with osteoconductive and flexible properties ensuring plate congruence to various forms of parts of cotyloid cavity. Holes in plate are made with diameter of 3 mm and uniformly spaced in parallel rows over entire surface of plate with a distance between hole centers in row of 5 mm, and between rows, 2 mm. EFFECT: stable and rigid fixation of bone fragments with comminuted fractures and congruence of various parts of cotyloid cavity without subsequent removal of fixing member from place of implantation. 3 dwg
