FIELD: medicine, particularly, neurotraumatology; may be used in treatment of skull defects after trepanation. SUBSTANCE: plate is made of oxidized titanium of 0.15-0.35 mm thick with possibility of congruent covering of skull vault defect. Staggered over entire area of plate are perforation holes of 1.5-2.0 mm in diameter with distance between centers in row of 4 mm and 3 mm between rows. The device also has fixing members in the form of omega-like clamps of metal with shape memory arranged in the holes over plate edge.
