DEVICE FOR REPOSITION OF PELVIS BONES Russian patent published in 2000 - IPC

FIELD: medicine, particularly, traumatology and orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: device relates to reliable universal devices which using standard operating table, allow performance of low- traumatic, dosed and spatial repositioning of bones of pelvis ring in resuscitation measures, and in planned operative intervention in patients with concomitant and single injuries. Device has movable vertical external posts and parallel additional posts installed between movable ones. Distal ends of external vertical posts are made to be fastened to operating table. Posts are interconnected by horizontal post with the help of bushings reciprocating along horizontal post and rigidly connected with vertical posts also reciprocating along said vertical posts to form rigid U-shaped structure with preserved mobility of vertical posts in two planes. Rigidly secured to distal ends of additional posts are bushings square to them. Installed on thread of bushings are bars with holes for rods implanted into pelvis bone for axial three-plane motion. All bushings are provided from both side with locknuts for fixation of posts and bars in required position. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 cl, 2 dwg
