FIELD: fire-fighting equipment. SUBSTANCE: fire-suppressing aerosol generator has casing and insertable aerosol-forming charge based on inorganic binder. Aerosol-forming charge is centered in casing by means of concentric ring made of aerosol-forming compound based on polymeric binder - plasticized synthetic rubber and is protected from moisture absorption by covering it with aerosol-forming compound based on polymeric binder. EFFECT: increased strength of generator for protecting it from vibratory loads and improved protection of aerosol-forming charge from water vapors available in room to be protected from fire. 1 dwg
