FIELD: manufacture of chemical electric current sources by induction soldering of electric current leads of plates directly in hollow rods. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of filling cavity of hollow rod with solder and preliminarily heating soldered assembly until temperature of solder melting; then placing electric current leads of plates in said cavity; realizing isothermal curing until equalizing temperature values of hollow rod and ends of current leads; additionally heating soldered assembly until melting partially solidified solder; interrupting heating and intensively cooling it. Heating of soldered assembly is realized by means of loop inductor embracing hollow rod with gap in zone of solder position. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of soldered joints. 3 dwg
