FIELD: transport engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to noise isolation of vehicles. According to first design version, device consists of noise-isolating and facing layers connected to each other. noise-isolating layer is made of porous nonwoven bulked material. Porous noise-isolating layer consists of mix of interconnected fibers of flax and stapled thread-like polypropylene with surface density of 500-1000 g/m2 at the following ratio of components, mass %: flax fibers 50-60, polypropylene 40-50. According to second design version, device is furnished additionally with layer of foamed polyurethane, bulk density 25-30 kg/m3 placed between facing and noise-isolating layers. Facing layer can be made of nonwoven nonthread polyester or viscose-based material, surface density up to 200 g/m2 or polyurethane film. Invention is aimed at creating constructions making it possible to simplify design of isolators and technology of its manufacture. EFFECT: provision of mouldable material of high noise-absorbing properties capable of preserving its shape. 3 cl, 3 tbl
