SUBSTANCE: car body noise insulating upholstery comprises interconnected face and mounting parts. Every aforesaid part is made from acoustic material with noise insulating and noise absorbing properties. Face part is made from acoustic material with, mainly, noise insulating properties. Mounting part is made from, mainly, noise absorbing material. Specific density of face part structure exceeds that of the mounting part. Mounting part section features dead holes with depth making L≤0.5×H. Mounting part structure features high-efficiency V coefficient of stucturisation 
and perforated hole spacing of t=(0.5…2.0)×H.
