FIELD: electrodeposition; processing chromium- containing solutions formed in the course of electrochemical and chemical treatment of metals. SUBSTANCE: method includes heating the solution to temperature of 60-80 C, introducing flocculant - water-soluble polyelectrolyte, addition of alkali agent to obtain pH of 5.3-7.0, filtration of sediment and correction of solution by pH by introduction of chromium anhydride in the amount equivalent to introduced alkali agent. EFFECT: accelerated process of flocculation of sediment by 5-10 times. 2 cl, 1 tbl, 1 ex
