WASTE-HEAT WATER HEATER Russian patent published in 2002 - IPC

FIELD: recovery of waste heat of flue gases, possibly in boilers using, mainly solid fuel. SUBSTANCE: water heater includes horizontal rectangular cross section housing. Sprayer in the form of rectangular tubular frame is mounted in front portion of housing. In bottom of housing there is corrugated plane inclined by angle 15-20 deg and communicated through draining pipes with slime accumulation chamber, through branch pipe - with hot water accumulator and through blowing line - with slime pit. Vertical partitions are mounted in housing; two partitions are secured to chute connected with chamber for slime accumulation. One partition is secured to ceiling of housing and it is arranged between two said partitions having function of drip pan. EFFECT: simplified compact design, possibility for easy mounting of water heater in operating power plant. 5 cl, 1 dwg
