FIELD: heat-power engineering; water heaters working on waste flue gases of boiler units. SUBSTANCE: proposed water heater includes vertical cylindrical housing with water and gas inlet and outlet branch pipes, upper and lower covers and horizontal partitions inside housing; water inlet branch pipe is mounted in center of upper cover and is hydraulically connected with cold water supply system and with baskets through holes found in cover; said baskets contain Raschig rings with vertical side walls having holes of preset diameter. Baskets are mounted on horizontal partitions having holes under baskets. Secured at the top along baskets are vertical plates made from elastic material; access holes with covers are made on outer side of housing. Located between housing and lower cover is disk with holes forming reservoir for hot water. Such construction of water heater makes it possible to obtain heated water at minimum amount of soot particles due to their deposition on Raschig rings. EFFECT: improved quality of water. 2 dwg
