FIELD: testing technology; testing structures for strength by loading them with internal pressure at simultaneous action of compressive stresses and bending moment on joint area of shell structure. SUBSTANCE: test stand includes bearer frame with floating piston mounted on its upper portion and bedplate mounted on its lower portion. Bedframe has profile of cylindrical segment in cross section. Convex side of bedplate is directed towards piston. Bedplate is articulated on one side; on other side, hoisting unit is mounted under bedplate. Hoisting unit makes it possible to place bedplate in position for forming bending moment of required magnitude. EFFECT: simplified construction of test stand; extended functional capabilities. 2 dwg
