Device measuring small time intervals includes processing unit 1, decimal-to-binary code converter 2, first 5 and second 3 coincidence elements, unit 4 of inverters, unit 6 of delay lines connected in series, separate inverter 7, delay line 8, transmitter 9 of start of interval and transmitter 10 of finish of interval.
