FIELD: radio communication. SUBSTANCE: invention provides for exchange of data on aircraft on air route via ground communication modem between adjacent ground transceiving stations. That is why data from adjacent transceiving stations can be sent over radio communication system in which zone aircraft is. Transmission of precise data on position and flight parameters of aircraft to ground transceiving station is ensured thanks to insertion of transceiving antenna, receiver, data processing unit of global navigation system and aircraft address unit into airborne transceiving station and of position pickup into ground transceiving station. Inserted converter of data format secures matching of structure of messages in systems of ground and radio communication during information processing. Control desks of airborne and ground transceiving stations with corresponding data recording units are used to organize data exchange over channel " air traffic controller-pilot " in accordance with adopted speech phraseology. Such approach makes it possible to select optimal flight conditions and to avoid any emergency situations. EFFECT: expanded functional potential of system. 2 dwg
