FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: in ground computer block of radio communication system a problem is solved concerning wholeness of navigation satellites constellation and correcting information is generated - correction of pseudo-distance increment and speed of its change using differential measurement method. These data, and also information about broken down satellites through second transmitter and second ground antenna are sent to all moving objects in radio communication zone. In onboard computing block these corrections are used for correction of results of positioning from output of processing block of data of global navigation system. From onboard computer to onboard data processing block of global navigation system data are sent about broken satellites, information from which can not be used. Received precise data about position of moving object are shown on onboard and ground registration blocks.
