FIELD: radio communications, possible use for setting up digital communication in automated data exchange systems in "air to surface" and "surface to surface" channels.
SUBSTANCE: central station of radio communication system additionally features equipment, which allows detection of radio-signal received from an aerial vessel, determining of its association with one of "air to surface" data transfer lines, transformation and redirection thereof to corresponding information consumer at received address, and also allows transfer of message from information consumer to any selected aerial vessel if it is within zone of service of central station of system for radio communication with moveable objects.
EFFECT: increased number of services aerial vessels with different onboard equipment for transferring data via "air to surface" channel due to constant tracking of presence and level of radio signals in channels, and due to usage of scanning procedures when radio signal is absent in corresponding channel by means of flexibly adjustable and wide-spectrum receivers and transmitters in channels of main and backup ground stations.
