FIELD: medicine, surgery. SUBSTANCE: the method deals with the treatment and prophylaxis of purulent-inflammatory complications in pre- and postoperation periods. For this purpose a patient is injected with autoblood-based antibiotics at the dosage being 3-4 times higher against a single one. The method enables to inject large doses of antibiotics during shorter period of time and at decreased multiplicity of injection that leads to decreased number of toxic reactions and allergic manifestations.
