FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: vincristine (3 mg), 5-fluorouracil (1500 mg), methotrexate (100 mg) and cyclophosphane (1000 mg) were mixed with 145-150 ml autoblood, incubated at 36.5-37 C for 25-30 min, and centrifuged. Supernatant is administrated endolymphatically by drops to the lower limb and precipitate cellular part is administrated intravenously by drops. Repeated administration of chemopreparations is performed after 5 days, 4-5 times totally. EFFECT: improved method of chemotherapy.
