SUBSTANCE: the method deals with reflexotherapy and manual therapy and could be used to treat painful muscular syndromes of different etiology, for example, neurological manifestations of spinal osteochondrosis, pathology of articuloligamentous apparatus and some diseases of inner organs. The method deals with inactivation of trigger points by injecting per 2- 3 ml 50%-rheopolyglukin solution. The number of procedures corresponds to 3-5 seances at 1-d-long interval between each seance. The method increases anesthetization effect due to correction of hypotonic space of a trigger region.
