FIELD: railway transport; permanent way. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to permanent way structures, namely, rail tracks designed for high-speed running of trains and bridge crane runway tracks designed for heavy duties 8K, 7K with intensive wear of rails. Proposed rail track contains arch-shaped rails, baseplates resting on longitudinal ties. Legs of arch of arch rail smoothly change into feet. Rail baseplate is made continuous over entire length of rail and is provided with three-ribs: inclined ribs hanging over foot of arch rail and vertical rib designed for connecting two symmetrical baseplates. Baseplates rest over entire length on longitudinal ties widening downwards and connected with the latter by friction bolts tightened to preset torque precluding shifting of rail baseplates. Arch rails are connected with baseplates into common unit by means of -shaped clamps. Each clamp has lower hook and free cantilever section. Jack bolts with support nuts are arranged on cantilever sections. Support nuts engage with cantilever sections from below. Clamps have expendient ratio of arms and they provide 2-3 times increase of jacking up force, so pivots of clamps clamp arch rail in baseplates reliably with guaranteed tension. Friction forces appearing in contact preclude slipping of rail in baseplate and provide their combined operation as common unit. EFFECT: prevention of derailment of trains, provision of reliable connection of arch ail with continuous baseplate, strengthening of arch rail by baseplate. 2 dwg
