FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to controls of crane used in industries and in transport. Proposed system has information bit, temperature, crane turntable angle, boom lifting angle, crane load and tilting angle transmitters, analogue-to-digital converters, information processing devices, information input/output devices, central computer, limit setter, inhibit signal interlock device, sound signal transmitter, inhibition panel, control relay unit, letter and digital indication decoders and indicator. system employs also microcomputer incorporating microprocessor, internal-read only memory unit, real-time timer, synchronization device and initial loading unit. System provides constant monitoring of loads at which crane operates and which appear in its structures, detects number, value and duration of loads with indication of rear time of their appearance. Said detection makes it possible to reveal wear of sets, units and structures of crane and to forecast failure and partial or complete destruction of seats and units of crane.
