FIELD: ceramic, chemical and metallurgical industries; aerospace and instrumentation engineering. SUBSTANCE: starting mixture is placed in multi-layer filtering sleeve 5 which consists of stainless steel external screen sleeve 10, carbon fiber glass 11 and internal tracing paper cartridge 12. Filtering sleeve is placed on microscopic stage 6. Initiating unit 4 made in form of tungsten spiral is brought to upper part of starting mixture. Free volume of respective reactor unloading density is no more than 0.015. Proposed device is made in form of cylindrical housing 2 to which water jacket 7 is welded. Cover 1 closes device at the top. Device is also provided with filter 8 and pressure relief valve 9 at flow section of 16 mm. Device is filled with nitrogen and combustion reaction is initiated. Products produced according to this method contain no less than 98% of main substance. EFFECT: enhanced safety of process ; reduced losses of heat. 4 cl, 1 dwg
