FIELD: methods of cleaning liquids; deferrization and decontamination of underground water. SUBSTANCE: proposed plant has reservoir-settler with aerator, filter with liquid supply unit and cleaned liquid discharge unit and circulating loop which is connected to lower part of reservoir-settler via pump and to filter via liquid supply unit. Filter is provided with additional unit for discharge of liquid which requires additional cleaning; it is connected with unit for mixing this liquid with reagent; it is made in form of ejector. Mixing unit has outlet branch pipe connected with perforated pipe line located inside reservoir-settler. Perforated pipe line is made in form of flat spiral. Cleaned liquid discharge unit of filter is provided with valve, hydraulic accumulator and cock mounted in series. Filter element is made in form of porous cermet rod with through passages; surface of each passage is provided with thin microfiltering membrane layer made from high- porous corrosion-resistant oxide ceramic. Filter is provided with reverse flushing of filter element with filtrate by means of circulating loop. EFFECT: facilitated automatic control. 14 cl, 4 dwg
