FIELD: water and air purification technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the field of water purification. In the first variant, the raw water containing suspended solids is fed to a flotation unit, the stream is separated into clarified water and flotation sludge. Clarified water is sent for further purification on a micro- or ultrafiltration unit, operating in a tangential or dead-end mode, at low operating pressures in the dead-end mode or with a low recirculation rate. Washing water of the post-treatment stage is fed to the inlet of the flotation unit, the flotation sludge is sent to dehydration, where solid wastes are obtained, which are removed from the cycle, and water. Water obtained at the dehydration stage is fed to the inlet of the flotation unit. In the second variant, the source water is first fed to a micro- or ultrafiltration unit separating the stream into purified water and washing water, which is fed to a flotation unit separating the stream into clarified water and flotation sludge. Clarified water is sent for further purification on a micro- or ultrafiltration unit, the flotation sludge is sent to dehydration, where solid waste is removed from the cycle and water is collected. Water obtained at the dehydration stage is fed to the inlet of a flotation unit or a micro-or ultrafiltration unit.
EFFECT: proposed methods of water purification from emulsified, suspended substances and other insoluble impurities are low-waste, energy-efficient and resource-saving.
